I found all of the original style polished brass accessories that I need to complete the bathroom, sink faucet and drain assm., towel ring, 4 new towel bars, recessed medicine cabinet, hand shower, mixer valve, vacuum breaker, and door. I am going to increase the width opening of the shower door as I did in the 325LE by 4". The new door is the same one that I used in the 325LE so I expect no additional "DRAMA" in the installation. I have to remove the shower seat and probably replace the floor....feels real spongy. Hoping to get the generator re-installed this Saturday along with the valve covers, and steering box re-install.

Get a good night's sleep Bob. I want to see a load of pictures by Sunday night. I just took a Percocet in celebration of the day's events and am probably down for the weekend. We are collectively with you in spirt (not much help) but at least you know we are interested.

Finished the steering box re-install, new front rotors, seals installed, radiator hoses removed and measured for replacement, finished installing all the the heater hose clamps in the engine compartment, removed the valve covers....2 1/2 hours.....the worst I have ever done, and also figured out the reason why the alternator was out of alignment and the belt would constantly fall off. When they replaced the engine in Florida....at a Chevrolet dealer no less...they installed the brackets that hold the air pumps and alternator on incorrectly...so guess what they are now on correctly...Started to play with the shower seat assembly...it"s apparent to me that I'm going to have to remove the refrigerator as well to get to the screws that hold the seat to the wall. The opposite side is accessible from the closet. Tomorrow I plan on installing the new hot water heater switch assembly in the kitchen and start the re-do of the generator compartment.

Alright then...I have decided to go ahead with the furnace upgrade that I really did not want to do until phase 2, next year. In an effort to undo another hack job by airstream, which was part of a $23,000.00 upgrade....I have the receipts...They replaced the front POS Duraflame furnace with a Surburban 30,000.BTU square unit. In doing so they had to hack out the lower cabinet and do away with the lowest drawer....pretty much the same hack job that they did on my 325LE....which tells me they definitely make money by mistake !!! I am having a third drawer made to replace the one that is missing and I will move the 30,000 BTU furnace to the rear bedroom where it will fit nicely. The front furnace will be replaced by a 42,000 Surburban model 4201A which I just got a smoking deal on Ebay. Still fighting the removal of the shower seat....need more information on how it was attached....Regards, Bob

Did anyone notice that they seemed to have changed the format of the forums on the mobile website ???? I personally think this change is a mistake...or simply said sucks....any other comments ??? Maybe it's just me but if not I think that the administrators need to know so that it can be changed back, Regards, Bob

Yep, the new format is a pain. Don't need or want all the photos, especially in the summer when I'm on my data plan...

I hated it at first but took time to edit the settings to remove all the previews and now have got used to it. I particularly like how only the left hand listing pane is shown when viewing on a phone, whereas you see that plus the view screen on the right on an ipad.
For me the biggest issue is the default is all the types of preview turned on which makes it look very different at first.

I liked "subscribed" on the side in the middle better than at the top. I have to scroll to get "subscribed" at the top now.
I guess an update was necessary. I kept getting a message that
Airforums may slow down my iPhone.
I edited to remove content previews and image previews.
I left show quoted image.
I'm not sure what the quick replay bar is.
My iPad didn't update, as it is the original 2010 iPad that can no longer get software updates, so Airforums is still the same on the iPad.
Is there a way to remove the ads? I thought the update might have been just to allow/have ads.

Got the new furnace already, can't believe it ! I pulled the other furnace out and moved it to the rear....for installation later. Removed the cabinet shelving under the sink....now I can see everything. I will mount the new furnace 3" off the floor which will give the side discharge vents of the furnace clearance over the generator compartment. I have removed the refrigerator to unscrew the shower seat and have removed all the rotted wood underneath, found a company in Md. that can make a new seat assm. for me with an attached pan. Why the refrigerator is out I will be able to re-shape the roof vent from inside, someone or something decided it would look nice if it had a flat appearance. I can also install the refrigerator fans for the really hot weather and it will be easier to install the fire suppression head and related piping.
