Likewise, we haven't got room for a foot stool in our 20ft let alone a pair of recliners - even though they look very nice!

Yeah, when I sit in them I feel just like I am sitting in the living room of my house!

There is something to be said for the compact functionality of a 20fter. My next unit will be a B-van or bambi... nothing bigger then 20ft!!

If nothing else a 20ftr is definitely easier to park

Well, had some more work done over the past 2 weeks on the chassis that I just didn't have time or a place to tackle... Our driveway is angled down pretty steep. Enough so you would never consider jacking up the MoHo there.

Had the old air bags (original equipment) replaced. They HAD to be done before this trip. They were so old they were cracking and I believe had a pin hole leak. They only charged me $250 to install them. This included putting in a new airline on one side that may have been a source of a leak as well. I was told they will never quote that price for an airstream again. They had no idea what they were getting into The are believers in the fact that Airstreams are put together to last and it is no easy task to disassemble and re-assemble. Since they stood by their original estimate, I will use them again for projects.

The push is now on to get the MoHo ready for her drive up to Hot Springs Arkansas this coming Wednesday for the Aluminum Under the Rainbow rally. We had to cancel at the last minute last year due to all the mechanical issues. This year hopefully we will be showing up in the Big Aluminum tent. Well it has gone from a tent to more of a club house since you can cook, bath, sleep and potty..... Just no salon yet. Just a big empty room. Also, the current furnishings are still a work in progress.

So on the list is the bathroom sink installed and working. Put the passenger seat back in. It was waiting to be recovered but the shop hasn't been able to get to it yet. DW picked it up from the shop today. Will drop it back off when we get back. I have to make a new panel to go in front of the heater box forward of the passenger seat to knock down some of the road/engine noise. Hang the new blinds. Need to go through all the filters and fluids and make sure everything is good to go.

Lots of work done this week-end and today to get the MoHo ready for it's adventure to Hot Springs, AR on Wednesday.

Bathroom after gutting and removing glued on wall covering.

I decided to give a go at staining the wall instead of just covering it up. I figured if it didn't turn out well, it was gonna get covered anyway. Need to put a few more coats of finish on it but I think we will keep it like that. Installed the vanity and new sink and faucet.

Mounted all new day night shades in the lounge area.

While the surrounds were down, we put new fabric in them.

Really like how the new fabric accent changes the look. Nicely done.

it was the easiest way to get at the plumbing! Actually I have an IPhone and the pc randomly changes orientation of pictures I post..... It looked fine in preview mode. Then again so did Moho ownership :}

We were surprised as well. We just picked up the fabric on a whim when I had to pop out to Home Depot. We just wanted to put something up besides that hideous off tan. It was just supposed to be a good for now until we finish the lounge and can find the right pattern/color. But it really seams to work.
