I pitched it all last week. Trying to clear out to place ‘home without wheels’ on market.

Been a long time since last contact. Sorry to hear you have been under the weather.
1st - call zipdee and ask for Jimmy. He has been so helpful with any problems for my awnings
2nd - Do not use penetrating oil before you talk to Jimmy

Now a quick update -
still have the Prevost, have it up for sale to down size back to most probably an airstream 310. We have crossed the country 4 times now and think have had enough windshield time! Travels were great.
Moved to a place in Hobe Sound FL near the coast with enough drive way space for the 45'on the side of the house. Renovated a property 3 blocks north of JD State park (where we have camped many short times (good place). Really settled down in our slice of heaven and only figure to do short trips in state.

Takes 2 people, one on each end with a ladder. Both pull where the arms meet the awning roll. If you try to force it with the center fabric strap, you will propably tear it. I doubt its lack of lubrication, but rather stuck fabric
