1st, are you certain water is coming from AC unit? Best to take water hose to unit and have someone inside see where drip is coming from. I've got a center section that runs length of ceiling front to back. Get up on roof (step where you see rivet lines) and check to see if you may have hole in roof.
Good Luck, Derek

Request

My Airstream was purchased with LOTSA modifications by previous owners. One of them was removing the entry door interior door skin and replacing it with particle board.

It was one of the 1st things to be removed when I purchased motorhome, but I mistakenly did not take any photos of what the area around entry door window looked like.

Does anyone have any photos of this that you could send me? PM me and I'll respond with my email address.

Thanks, Derek

Who knew these things were such a BEAR to remove! Along with over 20 screws along the metal flange, found out this evening, that Airstream put a HEAVY bead of Vulkem just inside of opening. Losing daylight and patience at this point. Will have to wait until Sunday now to get it all complete.
I'll post more then.

Pictures of inside of door

Derek,

Here ya go. Let me know if you need better/more detail. I think if you made new panels out of the same aluminum you use to replace the inside skins it would look awesome!

WOW!

Thanks Dave! I've tried to locate some aluminum locally, nothing I can find that I like. Thinking I'll use some plastic Kydex until something else comes along. Want to say that Andy mentioned a long time ago, that Classic Motorhome door skins are no longer available.

Thanks, Derek

Hey Derek is this the new "Postal Deconstruction" technique? I tried to add a smiley but they are completely frozen.

I understand Derek, I spent 33 years working in a government job.

Decided to get 'tile' on kitchen walls today. Heat ran me inside at lunch time. Will post pix when project is complete.
Thanks, Derek

It will be interesting to see how you get it tucked into the joints all the way around. I had a bear of a time just getting the two sections out on the Argosy door. I'm not looking forward to putting them back in
