Brakes squeaking is not a good thing...I guess that noise is better than fire, but so is stopping without noise...MAKE THEM TAKE THE TIRES OFF...our 'jangly' noise was diagnosed as a loose u-joint, till the guy in Tucson found the tag-axle brake rolling around in the wheel well...1200 miles later...MAKE THEM TAKE THE TIRES OFF...
ahem...m

OK, OK, I had them replace all 8 tires, so they all came off.

Update today from the mechanic-
A/C is working-someone who owned this before me had too many wires and fried the cable. Installed new cable.
Generator was serviced.
Stairs are now working.
Rear brakes replaced, rotors and calipers too.
8 new tires.
Bettered the screen door latch to stay hooked.
New 50amp outlet installed at the house!

As far as the low coolant light, he said someone had replaced the airstream tank with a secondary replacement tank with no sensor. Any thought on this? It's really annoying having that light on.

Still checking on belts and hoses and the electrical to the lighters and CB.

Left to do-
Need passenger rear hydraulic leveler repaired
Hitch and tow system
Reattach one set of blinds and make sure all are tight.
Awning
Drapes ordered from airstream
New water filter for system
New sliding window seals
Nutone Blender repair and new blender needed, find the central vac system

Clean that sucker inside and out!

Karen

low level light

Find the two leads (hopefully) near the tank. Once you have, either connect them to make the light go off or drill two holes in the tank at the need collant level and put through bolts with rubber washers so they don't leak and attach one lead to each. The level of the liquid will complete the circut and the the light will go off.

If the 7 to 9 that we get with our 310 is any indication then yes, you were probably lied too .

How loaded up are you with that? Are you towing?

We pretty much always tow a trailer with Susan's Spitfire on it. I think the total weight of the trailer and car is probably about 3500 lbs. We also load the coach fairly well but we definitely don't over do it.
