1986 345 Classic - sadly must sell!

I have a 1986 345 Classic that I am forced to part with. It runs well! It does need some work on the storage areas, the VCR isn't working, and the stairs do not raise and lower by themselves (the motor works, but something is amiss). The convection/microwave works, both a/c's work, the fridge was replaced several years ago and it works....I can't think of anything else to list. It has all the awnings accept the one on the passenger side - the brackets are there, but not the awning. It has a hitch on it. There are two twin beds in the rear. It has about 96,000 miles on it.
