Being a forums member does expose the issues with your unit to the public and could be an issue at resale. I will say this though, MOST forums members care very much for their coaches and want to fix their problems the RIGHT way and not take shortcuts. The biggest danger to these coaches seems to be repair shops that DO take shortcuts in repairs.
Owning a vintage coach is a challenge not everyone is up for. If you want a trouble free coach and plan on taking it to the shop for repairs, go buy a new unit. When buying one of these units, you need a sense of adventure!
I hope you enjoy your new Argosy! Buy a second tool box and get ready to learn!
FYI - my "sweet machine" now has a radiator leak and my new power transfer switch is popping my home GFI outlet!
I need to get this stuff fixed quick so I cam get back out on the road.
