Free Argosy 20' Motorhome in San Diego

I have a 20' Argosy that has a 350 motor which is not running, that I will let anyone have for free for parts or restoration. There are parts that have been taken, but there are many more to be had. The exterior is pretty straight. You will just need to have it trailered to your destination. I will try to get a recent photo this week.
Best,
JB

I'll take it, if it can be towed or trailered.

Uwe,

Let us know when you bring it home, I can't wait to see it. Those 20 footers are so cute.

Uh, better check you AAA policy again. I tried to tow a used car I bought that had frozen brakes. AAA wants to make sure that the car/MH is 1) road ready 2) legally tagged. NOT to discourage you Uwe!

I thought about this MH (it was posted about earlier here and in Craigslist), but the broken windows made me pause (I don't know why the lack of engine wouldn't though! : > ).
Can't wait to hear more!
Good luck Uwe!

According to the manual for our 74 20' Argosy Moho the weight is around 6700 lbs. For planning purposes I would use 7000 lbs as the curb weight.

That's only a little bit more than my old Suburban with a full tank of fuel.

JB,
I would be interested in buying the driver's side exterior front and back wheel arch opening aluminum trim if it's straight and door lock assembly.
