Chassis Wiring Diagram

I need a P30 chassis wiring diagram for a 1975 Argosy 26ft. My problem is I have no headlights. I have park lights, brake lights, but when I try the headlights nothing. The other strange thing is when I pull on the head lights the left signal indicator and the high beam indicator light up.

Anybody had a problem like this before

These symptoms usually indicate a ground problem.I'd begin by inspecting the headlight ground from the lightbulb to the chassis itself. You could do a voltage drop test of the ground side to trace the issue or you can just begin by inspecting the wires and connectors themselves. The indicators are lighting up as the missing ground forces the current to try and find an alternate path back to the battery. All kinds of things can happen when you have bad grounds.

Thanks Bruce
I have had the dash apart to repair the dash air and re insulate the firewall. So maybe I have removed a ground and didn't realize it.I guess I will have to remove the dash cover again to get access to the wiring. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that.

I guess there are no wiring diagrams available, Because wiring is not one of my best skills.

I always look at the last place I had my hands when something I am working on goes wrong..... I'm guessing you may be correct and I have no idea where the headlight grounds are but I might look at the headlight harnesses themselves before I'd pull the dash apart again. Most of the time the issue is found there at the light itself. It can even be as simple as a corroded connector at the headlight preventing the circuit from functioning (a corroded ground wire at the bulb has exactly the same impact!).
Good luck!
Bruce
