I fixed the blower fan today it had been bent somehow it runs true now so it doesn't vibrate know. I also found a mouse nest when I pulled everything apart I now know where the smell was coming from it was 12 inches long and 6 inches deep right on top of the heater box.

This all started with a leak in the drivers side window that was leaking between the alum side panel and the trim panel. And saturating the plywood below the drivers seat I have replaced the plywood and I am going to put a drain tube in the window frame to drain the water to the outside. The drain hole was drilled to close to the edge of the frame and any water would drip between the 2 inside panels and seep under the carpet unnoticed and keep the plywood wet forever
