I've been looking for an hour, but no luck on that specific faucet. It is OLD, I think it is the original.
This is as close as I can find.

You guys ROCK - thank you for your time and help! I am the computer person and now have to get T.O.M. to try out your suggestions - AFTER he gets done with the new brake system. Trying to find parts that work is difficult for any system!

The Old Man, or maybe I should say The Old Mechanic? We will tackle the sink AFTER the brakes are right! And of course, there are always other things...

Most of the 77 Argosys came from the factory with Streamway faucets. That brand has now become Phoenix Faucets owned by Valterra.
Repair parts like new valve stems are readily available for the Phoenix/Streamway faucets.
For detailed information go to Phoenixfaucets.com.
If repair is possible, it will be easier than complete faucet replacement.
Good luck!

Phoenix Faucets appears to have our faucet! Perhaps they can advise us on how to take it apart before we damage anything. Thank ou for your time and help!

Just replace the black O rings. That should stop the leak if the faucet works ok for you. Be sure to smear Vaseline all over the valve/O rings when reinstalling.

Bathroom Faucet Fix or Replace?

Not Vaseline. I’d use plumbers silicon grease instead. A light coating. Vaseline is petroleum based, and may cause swelling of the o-ring material.
