well I'm ticked.at ebay . i told all the guy s at the Atlanta rally i was going to buy the 20 ft motor home on ebay. called the seller and ask for a guarantee that if i drove to Ohio it would be there and for sale. was going to start Friday with the appointment with the seller for Saturday.
just got a call he sold it . I'm -issed. he got less than i was going to offer. i wasnt going to make an offer without seeing the unit. it looked good NO GREAT.

well watch tomorrow when the auction is canceled as item not available . ebay motors you can do that. ebay doesn't care they get their money. i bid on a diesel in Houston the seller got a offer and it was deleted. both sellers did call and advise the unit was sold.

well that is how you do it cancel the bids then cancel the auction. reason item is no longer available.

What was the paid price? Do you know?
What if not too intrusive did you forsee paying for it?
It you let the seller know, he may sell it to you directly!

Sorry about you not getting a chance to bid on the unit. You may have a right to be ticked, but not at eBay.The owner was the one who told you to come see it, the owner was the the who sold it outside of eBay. The owner missed out on a possible higher price than he got.

I did a similiar thing when i first tried to buy a motorhome, one was on Ebay and got grabbed before auction end...a couple more were sold out of thae paper and gone when I arrived to see them, and last one was taken off the market as the owner decided to keep it after cleaning it up for us to come see it. Makes the purchase I did make that much more sweet.
