350 cu in P30 Chassis Headers Inquiry

Has anyone have installed headers on a Argosy Motorhome with a 350 engine? If so, how did it go and what brand and model was used? Thanks

911rs, I can't speak to the 350 but I did put Headman Headers on my 454. I also put on Flowmaster 70's for mufflers.
I had lots of room and did not replace the AIR tubes from the pump.
Check out the folks at Summit Racing - High Performance Car and Truck Parts | 800-230-3030 and give them a call. They know their stuff and the prices are great.
Go ceramic coating too.
BTW you've got a rare bird there. Most of the coaches had 454 but the very few as you've found out.

Thank you. I did research over the weekend and agree with your comments. I am zeroing in on the Hedman brand with ceramic coating to reduce engine bay temp. Flowmaster told me the same on mufflers as you have, use the 70 series. Adding an Edelbrock Air Gap intake manifold and carburator with stock air cleaner housing with a K&N filter and lenghtening the duct work for the air cleaner housing for cool clean air. Also rebuilding the HEI with MSD components. Saving up for next year to add a gear vendor overdrive. Thank you

Sounds like you're on the right track to make that shorty a real sleeper.

Take a look at my photos for an easy to build custom air cleaner housing that takes the K&N out front.

I'd like a GV unit but find I'm in between ranges for RPM and would have to change my rear end ratio at the same time.... 3:73's.
