1977 Argosy hot water heater question

Heater works fine on 110 electric. How do I light the hot water gas. When I view the hot water tank from outside the motorhome I see no way to ignite the pilot or any view to observe a flame.

If your hot water heater works on 120 vac then odds are it has a switch inside the coach to light the hot water heater on propane. Look for a little red rocker switch, possibly in the bathroom on the wall by the light switch or in the galley above the sink somewhere.
