The price is not bad, but it is for either a single traveller or a very close couple. The room inside is minimal at best.

Personally I would be scared of the generator needing work and AC needing work, could be big $$$. If you are handy it could be a good deal.

You better like being close. Less than 13 ft. of living area floor space knocking 4 ft. of my 24 ft. 28 gal. fresh water tank, you might not like being close. Sort of a Class B on steroids. Now if it had a 454.....

A friend of mine in Miami just picked up a 20 ft 77 Argosy that had been a "designer coach" It was setup as some kind of mobile office. No tanks, but 4K onan and AC, with lots of windows. Needs engine work but he got it for pocket change. 16 inch tires and a 454!.

There was one of those parked on a cul-de-sac just a few blocks from my home until a few months ago. If anything, that photo makes them appear bigger than they really are! Seen up close, they give the impression of being made by attaching a front cap to a rear cap - no middle.
