A/c

Anyone have a problem with the A/C dripping on the inside. We have tried everything and it still drips.

New gasket?

Have you removed the A/C unit, and replaced the gasket that goes between the unit and the roof?
Also, I had a problem with our Coleman unit, it had a hole rusted in the drip pan, and drained inside the coach. A piece of fiberglass cloth, and some resin sealed it up in short order.

Had hoped not to do that but maybe as a last resort we will. For now a towel on the floor does okay.

Janssvt,

Be sure that the unit is completely insulated and sealed from the coach interior. You have to get up on the roof, remove the shroud of the A/C unit and check all of the silver tape to be sure there are no exterior air leaks. Of course, check the drain hose (if there is one) and the condition of the pan. Try removing the interior air distribution box (inside cover plate) if it is still leaking to see if you can locate a water path.

Also, be sure that your evaporator and condenser coils are CLEAN! Dirty coils cause decreased unit efficiency and lead to moisture condensation that could be leaking inside.

Hope this helps.
