Where can I buy replacements for these?

I would like these in something besides plastic. Is it possible?

..............

Do the make a precut piece of aluminum for this?

Thanks

The round pin plugs are available in metal at auto parts houses and truck stops, probably not at RV stores.

The water fill will be difficult to find.

The 7 way plugs and sockets are made by Pollack.

The bath exhaust fan assembly has a solar gray cover.

Both of these are available from some dealers.

Andy,
I have the exterior gray cover for the vent. I removed the vent a hood in the galley and was wondering if I could close the exterior and interior holes. Any Ideas?
THANKS, Cynthia

I really like the Pollak umbilical plugs. I have one installed on both my Airstreams (6-wire on the '58 and 7-wire on the '72).

Look for the water fill replacement in the Boat parts on EBAY. The aluminum vent cover is easily made by any sheet metal shop...just give them the diameter. Be sure to use 2024 alum if you plan to polish.

THANKS, Cynthia
Cynthia.

You can plate the exterior hole using Olympic rivets and some Vulkem sealer.
Unfortunately, the interior is "vinyl clad aluminum". That style has been obsolete for about 30 plus years. The only color Airstream has is gray.

Maybe you could find a section of it from a salvage yard someplace.

Or, after you plate the exterior, fill the hole with fiberglass insulation, and the use the same kind of plate in the interior.

Hide that interior plate with a painting or a photo of something you cherish.

Check dis out: (kinda pricey...)

Temro 15A Inlet

They have a potable water outside filler too, but it's plastic.

[edit: oops wrong electrical plug!)

Wait, I think I found the correct one: http://odmrv.com/catalog/index.php?m...roducts_id=404

Another quick question...The hole I want to cover...I may replace the stovetop vent instead, however Id like a small one that will attach to the wall without an overhead cabinet. Does anyone have any ideas where I may find one? Thanks again!
