The rear bumper that holds the sewage tanks has dropped on the left side.
I am not familiar With the construction of the subframe?
I believe the rear steel beams that hold the tank and attach to the bumper have rusted or corroded the point that they have dropped down.

Is this a common problem? Maybe a result of a leaking bathtub or toilet?

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Should I attack this one from the outside in or start ripping the bathroom apart and remove the floor?

Hey Mike,

Welcome aboard, this site is a great resource.
I am a new member myself with a 1967 Sovereign that has a similar issue. Look up threads and posts discussing frame separation and frame sag or droop. Most likely you have a rotten floor that has caused the shell and frame to separate. The good news is that it is fixable and there is a wealth of information available on this site.

Good Luck!

Sounds good! I will do that. I hope it is a floor separation issue and not a structural issue with a rusted sub frame.
Thanks for the advice I will do some more research using your advice. Thanks
