Today is window tinting day-Bought a roll of silver tint, and am going to it. Finished installing and wiring the TV antenna last night, still have to hang the little flat screen. Question: Should I run a coax for cable tv hookup to the rear? Do enough campgrounds offer cable to make it worthwhile? Rolland

Can't wait to see what the silver window tint looks like! Awesome build! Thanks for all the great information.

I'm impressed, you are really moving. Will you post pics of the tint please? I want to tint our windows but can't decide whether to use silver or black.

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=261166687125 the link takes you to it on e-bay, seller is cpcrown in Delray beach Fl-I ordered a 40" wide by 25' roll, was enough to do all 11 windows and some left over to fix my "mistakes" later. Or, Just look up "window tint silver 40 roll" and his logo is a little green car. Went on good, would be easier if I had 3 or 4 hands! The roll cost $75.

Pulled her outside for the first time today, in spite of the rain. Finished the last of the belly pan today, made a new rear section under the holding black tank and bumper. Pulled out on the paved road to get accurate measurements and adjusted the hitch. Will start installing the floor tomorrow. Only about 5 more working days to finish, then a day to load for the trip. All the systems are working, now need to put in the floor and finish the cabinets and trim. Weather has not been helping.Attachment 221357Attachment 221358Attachment 221359Attachment 221360photo under trailer showing new pan section and training wheels on frame in front of bumper to protect plumbing and bumper. Also picture of the hitch and the busy front of the trailer. She has 5 new bias ply 7:00 X 15 tires, same as she came with new.-with the spare mounted on the hitch it is a lot easier to rotate them. Electric jack is new, much nicer than the old one. Busy Busy-

Wiring-
The solar works great, have not used the gen set yet this trip-bought a 50 foot roll of coax for cableTV, hooked it to our antenna amplifier, and threaded it into the back bumper storage area. Was nice to have cable TV in the campground in Santa Fe. Still lots to do to it, but the basics are good, and now know what does and doesn't work. Drove through and camped in heavy rains, and no leaks yet. Happy trails!
