Wheel bearing & seal specs for 2005 Classic 30

Does anyone happen to have inner & outer bearing numbers and seal numbers for a 2005 Classic 30' close at hand?

We just bought our unit used and I would like to buy seals for all four axles in order to do a repack this winter when we head south.

I'd also like to buy one set of wheel bearings just to have them on hand for an emergency.

If I had the bearing & seal numbers, I am thinking I could just go to a local bearing shop and buy them.
