What is this

I opened up the lower of the two louvered doors outside the refrigerator and found this laying on the floor near where the propane flame is. Not sure what it is but seems like it should be attached to something not just sliding around on the floor.

Any idea what it is and where it goes?

I find it amazing that mystery items find their way to the floor when traveling....

This looks like the shroud that protects the flame on there Refer from wind? But what do I know?
