Water pump 2018 Sport Bambi

Is there a switch necessary when boondocking?

If you are boondocking, here is how to use the water system.

1-fill water with hose or spouted water can into the fresh water fill holding tank. This is the one behind the locking door. It will hold about 20 gallons.
2-have battery set to use
3-turn on water pump. (I seem to remember it is in the bathroom )
4- for hot water, turn on the hot water heater (need to have propane tanks open)

Turn the water pump OFF anytime you're not INSIDE the trailer. Travelling and or vacancy can allow a leaking/failed faucet to pump all your water into your grey tank and/or overboard into your floor.

The water pump switch is on the wall to the left of the galley sink in my 16. In the OM I read that it is a good idea to have a faucet open when turning on the HWH in case of expansion as the water heats. And yes, my kitchen faucet started leaking late this summer meaning water dripped across the counter and onto the floor--temp workaround, turn off WP and open faucet to get water out so it can't leak.
