Thanks everyone, for my 2010 Flying Cloud, there is a sticker near the wheel, on the opposite side of the trailer from the door, below the tire information sticker, that has the VIN number in small print. Couldn't see it last night because it was too dark.

You could look in the paperwork that came with the trailer. The window sticker could be there and would have a complete listing of what you trailer came with as well as vin, model numbers.

You're right; though I'm still waiting for the paperwork.

The serial number is what the numerical build sequence and production code number was called through 1980. Staring in 1981, the federally-mandated number was called a Vehicle Identification Number, or VIN.They are the same thing, though the VIN contains more info.
