Shower Top Rail

Has anyone come up with a solution for the right hand side top shower rail? Ours pops up Im not sure if caulk was original used but it did not hold. Im thinking some sort of bracket needs to be installed to secure it.
Thanks for any help in this matter.

If your referring to the molding mine popped out to and I used some clear silicone to seal it
