Would you mind posting some pics of the whole living space inside the trailer after the mod? Perhaps a pic taken from the center of the bed looking towards the back. What I'm trying to determine is how does the modified side relate to the "galley side". Also could you use more interior light to get a better view of what you've done. Also a pic from the doorway looking towards the front of the trailer taken actually from the door. And then a final pic taken from the bathroom door looking towards the front side. Take it so it shows the modified side and the galley side and the bed. Thanks so much for your consideration.
Pat

Pat I will get to it. Just made it back to FL and been getting ready for a rally 12/12. I've tried pictures but you can't get a good view of galley. I'll do a video and see if that is better.

Al it is now posted under Airstream Classifieds, Parts/Appliances for sale. I know it seems very high, but I've checked the price on the cushions and table when I was at the Mothership. These things are like new.

Thanks for doing this. I like the look. It's actually much better than I thought it would be. I was concerned the "style of the recliner" right across from the galley would not mix well...but it's not bad at all. Removing one of the plastic panels really opens up the trailer. I did a similar thing with the panel on the galley side. The darn thing kept coming loose so I just took it down. I was amazed at how much better the AS looks from the inside without a panel. It makes it look so much larger. My next project this winter is to install a Lagrum table support system and get rid of the pedestal. You were pretty brave to make such a dramatic interior change.

i find those cushions very uncomfortable, too thick.....eventually i will replace them with thinner ones and upholstered with a same color outdoor material,so,no sliding,it will still be a good extra bed..

All I can say, especially since my opinion was not asked for is “OMG!” and “LOL!”.

Sorry, gotta go with my gut.

Removed the dinette from our ‘19 22FB after the first outing (had planned to do so before purchasing). The entire unit + the table came out in 15 minutes using a manual screwdriver.

This really frees up a lot of floor space in the trailer. Working on a bench/enclosure for the wheel well now.

What color are your cushions? And would you want to sell them?
