Positioning

I love the size of a 22 Sport, but really wanted to wake up looking out rear bedroom. We are just learning and exploring now, but in most RV Parks, if you pull in forward with the bedroom facing rear (22 Sport), would there be enough room to unhook and get Mid-sized SUV out?

Thanks for info.

While I've not roamed all over the county, the parks I've been in would be a No.
Exactly why we opted for a RB model.

not Usually, in my experience.

Which end of the trailer I wake up in does not concerned me much. I spend more time looking out of the windows during dinner and the evening.

Some parks do not want you to pull in but back into spots, as pulling in puts door facing other campers. We do this when relations park next to each other and we have rec. a lot of flack from some park operators.

Almost never

Very few sites have room to drive past a trailer. Sites are usually just not wide enough.

I've done it once, with a 13 foot Scamp and a minivan.

I guess you would call us “seasonals”, since we always set up in the same camp. We have two pedestals, a 30 and a 30/50. For security reasons, we always orient the towing side dead ended into the woods to prevent anyone from easily towing it away. We use our tiny but handy tracked mini excavator to shuttle trailers around which makes escape from that end easy and for tight radius maneuvering and placement.

How feasible would it be to convert the Sport’s front jack to a wheeled one (like our last trailer) so you can disconnect from it and “dolly” it in and out of the spots with the view in mind? I know a couple of us could actually push our last trailer when it was on it’s three wheels.

Admittedly probably just for the paved pull-ins.
