Differences between 15-19 22’ sports ?

Hello

I’m in the market for one and I have my eye on a few used ones. How different would say a 2015 22’ sport and newer be? Are there any major changes I need to be aware of and things to look for?

Great forum happy to be here
Thanks
Sean

I am not sure the year these items changed but I can confirm that our 2015 22FB did not have the LED lights, digital tv antenna and the double sink that the new ones have.

Thanks for that response, I have also found out that 2017 and newer have accommodations for solar wiring through roof and a window on the door.

2017 and newer sport 22Fb have a double sink

very few models have double sink , even the larger ones

that is a show stopper for us. ie we would NOT buy another As unless it had a double sink

Most years have the solar prewire, my 2011 did. The key things that vary overtime are color of interior (cabinets, rear wall, etc), flooring, cushion covers (mine are cloth, new is ultra leather), and perhaps some lighting. You can replace all halogen bulbs with LED through the entire trailer for $25, so I wouldn’t let that away your decision.

Some newer models may have a quieter furnace, not sure what year they switched.

“Older” models like my ‘11 have MicroPulse tank sensors.

At some point they made the radio more fancy and may connect to the TV, if that matters to you. I wouldn’t worry about antenna differences, that is $100 and 15 minutes to swap to any of the options that exist.

I do wish mine had the window in the door, but not enough to pay the higher price of new

2018 seems to be the year they 'corrected' all the issues mentioned above.

Door has a frosted window for light in the entry.
Double sink with normal kitchen faucet was added and replaced the folding faucet on the single round one preventing water leaks if the pump is left on and sink plugged.
Primary to me was they abandoned the Goodyear Marathons in favor of the Goodyear Endurance tires - a much better sidewall with better blowout prevention.
They introduced ultra-leather replacing the fabric on the cafe dining seats.
SeeLevel II tank monitors were added but not sure if it was 2017 or 2018.

2019 is essentially a 2018 with 3 year warranty instead of 2.
Remote rear camera is no longer an option - it is mandatory.
And they now charge a few more $$ for the 2019 to pay for these.
