Anyone replace couch with dinette?

we own a 2005 19' Bambi, I guess it's a rare one because it came with the fold out couch as opposed to the dinette.

Anyone know how easy/hard it would be to switch it to a dinette instead?

Hmmm I'm in the market for a Bambi and thinking it might be nice to change out the dinette with a fold out couch. That DOES eliminatate A LOT of table/counter/work space, but opens space to sit, play guitar, and store more unterneath. Trying to decide which is best. I gather you would rather have the dinette? Would love to hear your thoughts on either option.

I just purchased a 2005 16 ft Bambi..the front seating was stained and not comfortable to sleep on. So we went out and purchased 15 yards of fabric in Chicago and had some new foam cut and had new cushions made. $150.00 fabric,$200.00 foam $400.00 labor. What a nice change! The new table is a nice piece of Hickory.
