2019 16' Bambi Sport Fresh Water drain

I searched high and low but could not find any information on how to drain the fresh water tank on a 2019 16' Bambi Sport. I looked and looked on the underside for one of the white plastic drain cocks that every other Airstream seemed to have. Nothing. I was just about to give up but I thought there has to be a fresh water drain valve somewhere. Remembering that the fresh water tank and plumbing is located in a box under the street side of the dinette, I took off the cushions, opened the cover and looked inside. After wondering what it was that I was looking at, I saw there was a small pipe coming off of the front side of the fresh water tank that went through the floor and the pipe had a drain valve on it. I opened the drain valve, went outside and found a stream of water coming out from underneath! Attached are two photos showing the location of the drain valve and its' "off" and "on" positions.

...and so it begins...

Do you have an owners manual? It would be good to read that about 5,000 times, that will get you about 50% of what you need to know haha. And lots of people here more than happy to help!

There should be a second valve to drain the tank. My 2018 Sport 16 has two valves.
