Welcome to the forum! What is the length of your 2009 Flying Cloud? In general the jacking locations are to the rear of the tires, under the belly pan (and under the structural steel frame) where a small diamond-shaped plate might be located. Your "Jacking Point" decals may be missing.
At the top left of p. D-10 of the owner's manual [p. 48/117 of the PDF]:

there is an illustration of the jacking point labeled "H" just behind the rear tire [single tire in the case of your Bambi]. There should be a small extra plate riveted to the underside of the belly pan here. We usually put an extra scrap of 2x4 between the top of our hydraulic jack, and the metal plate on the trailer, in order to spread out the load, and also to avoid any metal-to-metal contact. We have a bunch of wood scraps in the tow vehicle for leveling the rig when camping. Also, if the ground is uneven when you need to jack, you can use various wood scraps to get things level under the jack, and spread out the jack load if the ground is soft.
Please reply with any questions or requests for clarification. I could take a photo tomorrow of the jacking plate in our 2014 FC20.
Good luck!
Peter
PS -- Sample 2-ton hydraulic bottle jack, which should be enough for one side of your Bambi:

A 4-ton would be more useful for the tow vehicle, but is larger and heavier. We carry a couple of jacks in the tow vehicle as they are relatively inexpensive. A little redundancy is OK.
