Williamsburg VA - Rivettes - FEBRUARY 09

[Foiled Again]

Hello there. GT1963/Ladybug/ModPod is coming south from Canada. She and I are getting together in Williamsburg VA sometime between February 6 and 9.

Any Rivettes (women who tow) want to join? Any others will be welcome too I'm sure... I'll be terribly impressed by any man willing to wear a kilt to fit in. We're staying at American Heritage RV Park, www.americanheritagervpark.com It's very nice, and this time of year Historic Williamsburg is pretty much deserted. Of course there is also the venerable Williamsburg Pottery Factory, and outlet malls galore, and Merchant Square where you can spend way too much money on delightful things and wonderful food.

The theme of our get together? Wine, gossip, poking around Williamsburg, no agenda, no stress. Might take the Jamestown ferry just for the helluvit or go to some of the plantations. I will lead a Haj to Pierces Pit Cooked Barbeque - or my guilty little secret, Smithfield's Smokin' Joes (don't wanna look through the kitchen door, just TASTE it.)

Hey Paula sure wish I could go but not this time unfortunately. You and Sharon are going to have a great time and lots of laughs!!

Is Michelle still down South? Looks like its time to go recruiting for more Airstreaming women. They are out there for sure, but maybe hunkered down in the snow just now.

Take pictures and keep us all posted. We'll be living vicariously through your adventures. And don't get yourselves into too much trouble!
