I've looked around, but couldn't find any information, so I'm wondering if someone could tell us about the raffle at the Academy? More specific, is this something we should bring something to share?

Yup - we do a raffle each year - and you don't need to bring anything for it - we do accept donations for it from commercial vendors

I one day hope to go to this. I am not a serious restorer. I'm no longer a restorer, but I would be fascinated by learning all of it.

We're rolling in to the campground earlier in the week, do you happen to know of anyone who's going early and might be interested in installing a Fantastic Vent before the Academy gets underway? Just asking on the off-chance.

I'm not sure when the presenters are arriving - I know anyone there on Thursday will be very busy setting up - not sure anyone is arriving before that........

Thanks, Ken. I already asked Lewster and he said he's flying in and out, so he won't have his tools with him (plus he's tight on time), I just thought someone else might be available.

We're "chomping at the bit" to get started out there!

Before the Academy went commercial, it was a nice rally where your project would have been one of the demos which all around would get close up instruction and demo.

Umm - we have not changed anything we do - it's the same event we have had since the first one - only difference is the name change to better reflect what we do - we have never taken on individual projects - as an update we have some really incredible raffle items this year - like a lifeline battery a inverter and even a tankless cold water heater :-) - Vintage Trailer Supply will again be on hand and you can order stuff from them and have it deliver right to the rally site with no shipping charges ! Yay !

So can we order before the rally, and they'll bring it there? Or can we order at the rally and get it?
