TAC OH Amish Country Rally April 3-6, 2014

Looking for a great way to shake down and take in some cool sites?

Schedule for this rally is very relaxed.
Upon arrival:
You will:
-Be greeted by your hosts for directions to sites
-Receive a "goody bag" with items & information about the area and the updated schedule as well as provided a hard copy of the driving route to explore Amish country at your own pace.

Welcome to the Ohio TAC Rally

Here is your weekend schedule of planned events:
(No events are required, just join us whenever you wish and feel free to come and go)

Thursday:
Early arrivals are welcome to join us, no planned activities.

You are welcome to bring your own food, however we will be ordering from local restaurants (There is a Thai place, pizza, fast food, a sub shop, Chinese, BBQ, and a mom & pop run pizza/Italian joint.) You will need to bring your own beverages if you want something other than beer.

Friday:

Anytime: We will not be doing an organized "trailer crawl" due to weather being questionable. However, in your goody bag, you will find a door hanger/sign to signal if you are interested in showing your rig or not. Just make sure you have the appropriate side facing out!
6pm: Hot dogs, a side dish or two, and marshmallows await your arrival for supper and will be available in the heated Armstrong building. Bring your own roasting fork if you want one over the fire, we will have the campfire roaring if it is not too cold!

Oh No... More Snow!

Reclining next to a fire reading camping "Literature" of the shiniest kind builds excitement and longing for the season to begin.

Last year we froze water supply lines, with Ohio you never know. My smoker will be warm all day Saturday cooking 10lbs of meat for the pot luck dinner.

I am sitting in the trailer today. Its 52 degrees out. I am ready to get it ready for this rally! Unfortunately the weather is looking like crap tomorrow. I guess I better wait another week...

Is going to be a last minute prep on our part I think, too. I hope there aren't major problems after de-winterizing because I won't have time to fix them before the rally

I'm a fairly new airstream owner and am not a tac member but was wondering what it's all about. Do you have to be a member to attend the Wooster rally?
