Malibu RV does have WiFi so we can send some pics, and Ron is having a great time with his new camera-----he is actually enjoying interacting with his computer now of course it is still accompanied by a lot of profanity

Well, I was kinda kidding with this. Besides, the 4CU place is in the boonies, I doubt there's internet available.
Perhaps we should just do smoke signals ( or in our case, smog signals) to the east when it's time to toast.

Ron & Uwe this is going to be a first at least I think so, in talking with Kevin he plugs his laptop into his blackberry and has internet provided there is cell service I'm assuming. At four we have our phot op pic and send to The Cowboy. Someday day I've goota come current.

Friends of So. Cal Stream Forum rally that's not rally but really is...

kevbo, who LOVES dive cowboy bars, arizona folks, and is a sap for a Four Corners Forum Rally being held in a place called "Dead Horse", has made a formal request.

my brother (the other general at camp pendleton) has assured me that a double super secret secure satelite comm link between forward camp malibu and western camp dead horse will be provided for all at tax payers expense. so we all can all be together, but not together.

i'm departing Naval Air Station Oxnard on a Hercules C130 for an airstream squat n drop at dead horse wed. don't know if anyone will be in malibu, but i'll have the pilot do a fly by and a wing wiggle. pic to follow from the 29 palms drop.

Hopefully the rain and the cold snap will have passed us all by at rally time. (okay it is a rally now, let's just say it ) We far west coasters deserve a rally too! Safe travels and good weather to FCU and MRV! Cheers!!

note: my airstream was one of the few units produced with the "special para deployment systems. only offered on the '05 "FFA CCD's".

we are listed in "other rallies and events" not forum rallies since we did not mean to compete---only to support the initiation of a new Margarita ball and to bring the "fire dancers" out west. Anyone know a source to get a 20' propane hose extension?? the 10' will barely make it under to Moho from the propane tank

i will and do have internet access (thanks bro). i ordered pizza last year at dead horse and had it delivered, my brother still talks about it. i'm thinking of ordering sushi for the rally goers this year, but they might get the wrong idea (i hate when i have to back out of a pot luck, slowly, looking all the while)...

My suggestion would be a local hardware store or propane distributor.
