Would possibly like to try to attend. Many stars must align with the moon and sun but one question. Do the restrooms have shower facilities?? Not sure if I'll have all the plumbing in working order by then. Thanks,
George in PA.

They have coin operated showers at the facility along with restrooms. However, you can not bring your pets into the restrooms! Some silly state law.

A few questions

1. Is this an annual event?

2. Is this a forum rally?

3. How early must reservations be applied for?

4. Will I need to reinstall the hot potatoe in my mouth to communicate?

Thanks in advance for answering- I'm thinking I may be pulling thru the Greater New England area next fall 08. And from all the threads I've read from anyone in this area, this seems to be a great group of folks. DG on edit I see this is a forum rally.and I'm guessing it to be annual, the other questions remain.

  • This is our second rally at Fishermen's. We (16 rigs) scouted out this campground in 2006, and had so much fun that ALL wanted to go back this year.
  • We applied on the earliest date (Jan 16th) to try to secure FULL hookups and had 38 apps at that time. This is a very popular campground in RI and fills up quickly.
  • This is a Buddy Rally, so all Airstream folks & their buddies can attend this rally.
New England Unit has a lot of fun loving folks. Simply a great group of people. You are welcome to attend our rallies here anytime.

We just tend to pass the tater around.
Some of us get it more than others is all.

e.g. How do you Sox people mangle the pronounciation of "potato" again?

Folks have requested that it's not a rally without food. So.......we decided to add food with a small kitty fee. Volunteers have stepped forward........ so here it goes.

Friday evening upon arrival
  • Hotdogs
  • Hamburgers
  • Surprise chowder with oyster crackers or Italian bread
  • The fixings

Saturday morning
  • bagels
  • Orange juice
  • Coffee
  • fee free to donate something to the breakfast if you wish!
PLEASE indicate on the above POLL your choices per rig, so we get an understanding how much food to buy.

Thanks
Gail & T
