water is very readily available. There are spigots all over the place and we hope to be able to daisy chain off of them.

All of last years attendees should have received an email from me and the other hosts this morning. If you came last year and did not receive an email this morning, please shoot me an email or PM right away. We had a couple bad addresses and we feel someone's address fell through the crack.

The registration form will be posted to this thread Dec 10.

Please feel free to ask any questions that come to mind.

I am not sure I will make it this year. If I come it will be by commercial flight with a sleeping bag and pad.

I guess the cats out of the bag... We gave last years attendees a little head start. This event sold out very quickly last year. I think it was 10 days. On the 10th the registration form will be posted here for your down load.

We got a confirmation that Rose the Kettle Korn Lady will be coming. I know many of last years attendees were amazed at her unique version of an All American classic.

We also wanted to put a word out for people with large 10x 20 size canopies, to please bring them.

... but now the registration is open to all

Click here to access the REGISTRATION FORM ... then simply print it out, fill in the information, and mail it back with a check.

We've picked a great location this year... Antsy says he is bringing the whole family (that may take up all 115 spots ), Rose will be back with her Kettle Corn, Don (Mistral Blue) is helping us with an extra special dinner on Saturday night... and as always, Frank brings us those fantastic chuckwagon breakfasts.

For me, part of what makes "THE BASH" so fun is all the folks that take the time to share their interests and talents with others. And not less amazing are the folks who join in fun. Here is a link to the preliminary SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. If you have something you would like you add, let us know. A day trip to see Fallingwater is on my list.

Frank, Dale and I are looking forward to seeing you all at Coopers Lake this summer.

Go see Kentuck Knob too. It's a more "modest" FLW Usonian not far from Fallingwater.

Very excited for the Bash, especially after heaing that mistral blue's up to something special for dinner...

Would it be worth while to consider setting up a private tour for Bash attendees for either Kentucky Knob and or Falling Water.

I believe there used to be a special behind the scenes tour of Falling water for groups, that went into the details of the building in greater depth. If that type of tour is still available it might be interesting.

Since this is a volunteer event I would be willing to look into this if there is interest.

Sounds like there will be lots of interest! - From the website, Groups of 20 or more get special pricing and there is a in-depth tour option.

I've wanted to stop for years when we travel east, but I have heard that neither site is navigable while pulling a trailer. The Bash site is about two hours away... but it is worth the trip. I see Latrobe is on the way. Do they still have a brewery?

We're in too, we think. We've got to see how "kid friendly" the tour is for kids. We'll check out the website this weekend.

Unless anyone's offering to babysit!?!?

We would also like to go-either Falling Water or Kentucky Knob. Falling Water is one of the places we intended to visit but never seemed to find the time.
