Best route from Vermont

Hi all--I would love to know what you all think is the best route from Vermont. I kind of hate the thought of 90 all the way and Syracuse, Buffalo, etc. Will Route 20 drive me crazy?? I will also need a good place to stop and camp somewhere around Rochester as 9-1/2 hours is more that I will want to do in a day.

Why not stop in at Baker's Acres here in central NY.

I'd take I88 out of Albany to Oneonta (then 30 miles over to Baker's Acres) then on down to Binghamton, then take I86 out to Corning and then Rt 15 south down through PA to I80, then that west... the Rt15 is a nice route. (no tolls and good roads)

Wow, Rob, what an offer! The ride to your place last year was fantastic!!! When are you headed to Slippery Rock, and how long a drive from your place?

We are not attending this year. My Reserves, work and farm up and running is taking its toll on our Airstreaming - as figured it would.... so someone will be here.

Let us know!! Looks like it is still a good 6-7 hour tow from here.

If you can make it to Penn Wood Airstream Park, there are a few of getting together to caravan to Bash II Thursday morning. We'd love for you to come and stay the night or a few more depending on your schedule.

Thanks for the invite. It looks like it would be about 8-1/2 hours for me to drive to Penn Wood. Are you heading out pretty early on Thursday? I have to drive to Lehman's in Ohio either Thursday or Friday to pick up a gas refrigerator for my trailer, so doing most of my driving on Wednesday would work well for me.
