R U Going to Alumapalooza 2013

We are looking forward with much anticipation to our 4th Alumapalooza! We have met the most wonderful people there from all over the US. Our first year, our neighbors were from Delaware, our second year they were from California, and last year, we never saw them, but we made many other friends that didn't happen to be our neighbors. We love sharing time with others who have the same enthusiasm for aluminum as we do!

I've been putting together my fastener program, and I think me droning for an hour or more about rivets, screws, and bolts would probably put most people in a coma. So, in the interest of furthering everybody's education and experience, I am also going to be demonstrating the 30 cent door hinge pin repair. For those of you with later model trailers that have the issue of the main door hinge pin that walks up out of the hinge will be interested in this.
Also, I brought a couple sheets of aluminum, and I will be demonstrating Olympic rivet installation and shaving. Those of you that have never dared try this, and would like to give it a try without fear of destroying your Airstream, are welcome to give it a try.

We are "pre" newbies coming to learn and meet airstreamers. What are the dog rules for the event? I saw in FAQ that dogs can't be in the tent for the Sat dinner. What about during the seminars and factory tour?

Leaving today, but getting a late start. Does anyone one know of a good campground in eastern Ohio near I-70? Or should we look for Walmart RV Park?

The Indy 500 is behind us now, and the 345 is almost packed.
Tomorrow morning we blast off for Alumapalooza 4. Should be there by 1300.
Can't wait to chill with our Airstream family!!!

Dogs are welcome at all outdoor events - those without food. Seminars are well attended by dogs and people. Dogs even had there own meet & greet!
