Open invitation to join us in Michigan!
Up for a little fun in the Great Lakes State? Join us August 15 - 17 at the KC Campground for the Metro-Detroit Rally.
We'll have an openhouse (possibly a progressive cocktail party) and potluck on Saturday.
We're not choosy and the rally is open to everyone, regardless of make, brand, year, type, of camping trailer, tent, MOHO, etc.
Feel free to PM me for more information.....or if you're ready to jump right in, call KC Campground direct at 734-439-1076 for reservations. Tell them you're with the Airstream Rally. Rates are $28/night.
KC Campgrounds - Welcome - Southeastern Michigan Camping grounds
Cheers,
Renee

A little Pure Michigan
A little more to entice you........this passage is direct from the Travel Michigan website. Makes you want to give camping in Michigan a try, doesn't it??
On the beach. In the national forests. Along the rivers, lakesides and dunes. Michigan campgrounds invite us to spend spectacular evenings under the stars. In our tents, in our RVs and snuggled up in our sleeping bags. There are more than a thousand campgrounds in Michigan that remind us just how great the great outdoors can be. The fresh air and campfires are always ready to bring us back to what matters. So let’s pack up our gear. Head out. And set up camp in Pure Michigan.

This is the last warning. The campground will release the reserved spots on the 15th. So if you are on the fence you need to decide now!!!!

Just registered!
We are now registered with the campground. I just spoke to the "man" at the campground office and he didn't even charge a deposit as the credit card machine isn't working well today...I must be living right
Looking forward to seeing everyone this year!

Will try for reservations Today. Just called and it must be too early for them to be there. My schedule is crazy that week I will finish work Saturday morning , so I plan on sleeping till about noon and the arriving in Michigan no later than 3 ? Hope to have a great time even if it is for one night only.

Great I'm glad you will be joining us even for the night. I'm not sure what condition we will be in since it will be towards the end of our open house/progressive cocktail party! I'm not quite sure what that is but I am sure Renee will better explain it to us. Anyone else interested please don't be bashful. Come on down. If they can't fit you in with the group I am sure there is room in the campground still.
