Were it I, I would stay up on the Hiwassee river at Reliance or at the state park.

If only that was held sometime in May, I would like to try it. It will be right after the Chatsworth, GA. rally and the last weekend of turkey season in TN.
kposey lives around Chatt. so she should have a good recommendation for a campground.

Cornbread Festival

Good places to camp around So. Pittsburg are the Racoon Mtn. campground at Lookout Valley, Marion Cty Park (closer to So. Pittsburg and on the lake). There is also a KOA at the first exit on I-59. That's about 20 minutes from So. Pittsburg. Or you can stay at Cloudland Canyon State Park. It's probably around a 45 minute drive to So. Pittsburg.

I'll be going to the Festival. Let me know when you get here and maybe we can hook up.

Kathy,
Are you ready for the Chatsworth trip? The Sovereign is having it's bearings packed this week and I will begin stocking her up for the trip. Am I a little early or just excited?

I don't think you are early at all! Mine has been in the shop. I should get her out this week. She is already packed. Now all she needs is food!
