Metro-Detroit Rally 2008!

All signed up! Brad (mr grinch) and I will be in sites #26 and #27. I will think on some dishes and let you know what I come up with. Looking forward to the rally and seeing you all again and meeting our distant travelers. We are really branching out. Cool deal.

This will be Koa's first rally, wonder if Andy will come and bring his Alsatians, and Orie will be along as well.

Hey Dan,

I stopped into KC a week ago and they stil had quite a few sites open. Most of the Nascar gang stay up on 12 (Michigan Ave) and in Irish Hills.

We are going to be in 3. Mike is in 25,Carol and Hubby in 26 and 27. That is all that I know right now. I think early on the campground was not giving lot #'s. We were going to have it as first come first served but I guess it would be less confusing if everyone just used their assigned spots. Here is the map of the campground if anyone would like to see where their spot is.

I will be on site 16 as of now. Airboss is going to be on site 4 as far as I know. Do we know which meals we need to bring a dish for? Also are we having a raffle?

We are going to do beans and weinies on Friday. Something easy and casual to have for everyone as they trickle in. Potluck dinner will be Saturday evening. We were hoping to do a raffle so if y'all have something laying around that you would like to donate please bring it. All proceeds go to fund firewood, kids crafts and the such. Any extra money will be forwarded to next years rally. I am glad to see we will have a decent attendence this year! Down some from last year but definately enough to have a great time. Oh and don't forget to make drinks for our progressive cocktail party/open house! The last trailer needs to make coffee.

I forgot to mention we will be hosting breakfast Sunday morning. No need to bring anything. I haven't decided a time yet but it certainly won't be 8:00 am.
