Hi All

OK, I sincerely apologize for our decision making disorder. We have finally decided that we will be traveling down most likely on Saturday. We will again only be joining you for the afternoon/evening festivities. We have yet to do anything to our Airstream. This summer proved to not be good timing. So we shall serve ETOH from the hatch of the Prius. Is that legal?? We just can't miss out on the fun and friends. We can't wait to see familiar faces and meet some new folks too!
Is there a pot luck Saturday evening? If so are we assigned a certain kind of dish ie: salad, dessert? Oh, I'm sooo excited! BTW we have two boys, 5 & 10....don't know if that matters.

Anyone else from the Cleveland area headed up?
Yeah Dan and Dawn!! I am glad my favorite rocket flying family is coming!! You know Rocketry was our favorite part of the Camporee.

Too bad you can't tow with that Prius...I would love that kind of gas mileage!

Reservations made! I'm in site 22.

I check out the areial of the camp..... Seems like there is a grassy area just to the east good enough for some flights

Maybe I'll serve rocket fuel at the open house

Cool! Hey Al was it Shenim's pie iron recipe Brad was enjoying in April? Can we get the instructions from you at the rally? We just picked up an iron remembering just how good those treats were!

Dan what do you need grassy areas for aren't those flights airborne? Just teasin'.

Ralph that recipe is rated to improve perspective, right???? LOL

We've been loading the trailers and trying to find some rally stylin' accents for the Open House, tee hee.

Hope nobody has a severe aversion to spicy food.

We're making smoked armadillo eggs. A slice of jalapeńo and cube of cheddar rolled up inside breakfast sausage to resemble an egg. 2 hours on our little pot smoker will be plenty to cook them.

I also just added us for Friday night. We moved closer to the shower houses due to a crack that mysteriously appeared in our shower pan. Couldn't tell ya what caused the crack since the trailer has been stationary since April. Perhaps it got too hot in it for the original shower pan. Anyhow, we will use sikaflex on it as a temp fix, and glass it later on.

I believe we are in spot six now.

I think those were my pie recipe(s) in April. Or was it May? I'll bring some goodies. And a pie iron.

Great Ryan! Oops, I got the month and the chef wrong? Well I got the year right.

I have to have an armadillo egg please! I LOVE spicy, those look and sound yummy.

Brad has decided on jambalaya for his pot luck dish and I am still thinking my recipes through.

How many dogs do you think we will have, a lot! We could have a dog walk and stretch the whole campground area at once.

We will have our two dogs that don't always play well with others. It depends on their mood.

We are bringing our Boston Terrier.

She loves all animals and will be all over them if she gets loose.

We have one shepherd puppy, Koa and one lab/border collie mix, Orie and perhaps a big yellow cat, Kee Kee to bring. The dogs are friendly and think everyone wants to love on them and receive a lick and the cat is skittish around people.
