On another note did you see this post?

If anyone has had dealings with Weekley RV or could be an inspector for a couple from Ontario Canada, please respond to the poster (Deanna) or thread. They are considering a 27'FB. Thanks.

Glad to hear that you are still thinking about coming Carol. Just tell that Son and Daughter-in-law that they can pick the 19th or so .
As for the FB inspection, it seems to me that you have more experience that anyone I know when it comes to FB's, and your not that far from Owosso.

I'm considering it, especially picking baby's bday, LOL! Just shot off an e-mail to Deanna to see what her concerns are.
Do you happen to know if there will be some sites available without reservation, I don't mind trekking over to your location if it is not in the same area. However you may all stumble down on your bums finding your way back to the next open house participant after we do those high powered shooters I'll be loading you up with! (Just kidding)

Carol,
I stopped in KC the other day on my way home and it appears by thier book that are still plenty of sites available. I was going to have him hold a couple more than we need if he will until the Thurday before the rally.

Carol:
I'd try to get up to Owosso, but you know I know nothing about these silver widgets except that the part with the tank drains is supposed to stay down near the road!
Hope we see you in Milan. On the other hand, I'm told that grandkids are great. I'm just too young (er, ah, um, ahem) to know!

KC Bound
Rhonda
We are proposing to leave here on Wednesday morning. Wiff one stop in Bryan, Ohio at around noon to 1 pm. Then on to KC and projected arrival time of 3 pm or so,give or take 2 hrs.In other words your guess is as good and mine I just want to be there and settled in before dark 30. I hate work'n in the dark let alone drivin' in the dark anymore.
Carol
We are glad U are back home and hope U are able to make this rally. So see if ya can convince them to hold off tell the week after the rally as long as U are able to pick a date.
Ryan
We will be looking forward to see you also. I had given some thought to comming across US 20 and then up 23 I haven't been over that road since there were wagontrains on it.
Rhonda I'll be in touch.

I know I said we'd be at the rally no matter where it's at, but it's not to be. I'm a delegate to our Union's National Convention at Las Vegas, flying out the 16th, for a week. It sounds crazy, but I'd rather be at the rally, I think it will be the best yet. The open house, progressive drunk, sounds fun, and there are new people to meet. KC seemed like a decent campground when I visited there last year, the lady who owns it seems ok. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, but what happens at the rally gets on the web. I'm looking forward to pictures, and missing the fun already.

Who you calling a progressive drunk??? I've got to agree with Renee your Vegas/rally comment is hilarious! Can Leanne come out to play or is she going with you? Sorry you have that schedule conflict.
Roger I don't think I can have mama delay, with this summer heat she is ready to get on with it already. But she may speed things up so I can be there, back, and front and center at the rally. That's the plan. And Dave I am using my powers of persuasion like crazy (almost burning out the motor actually.)

Ah gee, I had the power up too high guys!
London Rose was born about 40 minutes ago. I got to hear her vocalizing. Healthy baby girl about 20 inches long and about 7 pounds 10 ounces as near as my son could tell me. I hear it's been a long day for them. London has twin brothers 8 years old, a 10 year old cousin and a 6 month old cousin. Nice to finally have a little girl in the family.
Looks like I will be off to Illinois and back for the rally with baby pictures to show.

Harold and Leann- You will be sorely missed this year. I think of y'all every time I look at my burned flamingo! I hope the preschool(or was it a daycare?) is doing well. Maybe we will see you at next years rally.
Carol- I can't imagine there is a happier grandparent right now! Have fun in Illinois cuddling that baby and buying frilly little girl things.
Mike- I think you will beat us there so as first one there you get to be in charge!!!
OMG only two weeks to go! I can hardly stand the wait. Dave is going to work on the Overlander tomorrow. He thinks he may actually bring it home! I hope I can get it cleaned up enough so we can add it to the open house.
-I was thinking of doing tie-dying with the kids so if I could get some shirt sizes for the kids that would be great. If not I will try my best to guess!
