Lake Erie Loop Rally Hopping Aug 5-14 (caravan)

This caravan is going to be very loosely organized...actually it's not going to be organized! My family and I had planned to attend a couple rallies Aug 5-7 and Aug 12-14. I received some unplanned vacation time from work so we decided to take a week's vacation and go up through Canada from one rally to another. In the process, I decided to host a rally of my own while in Canada. So, if you'd like to join our trip in whole or part, feel free. The details of the planned route are shown below in the Google map. I tried to link it, but it wasn't working well. So, sorry it's just a picture. Travel dates are subject to change, but obviously the rally dates are pretty set.

C - Aug 10-11 This is a courtesy parking location that I have arranged for myself. If others will be caravanning during this segment, then additional Airstreams at the courtesy park will be discussed with the host. If this is not possible for the host, then we will move directly on to destination D and stay there Aug 10-12

As the host at "C" location we have lots of room for parking anyone that comes along. Also have a campfire ring in the backyard.

I'm happy to announce an addition to the itinerary. There's a wonderful person that lives along the current route that has offered up space for those of us on the caravan. In addition, he will demonstrate his collection of Rumley Oil Pull tractors. With luck, anyone wanting to might get a chance to drive one.

An updated route map will be posted when I'm home from the bash.

E - Aug 11-12 Pinery Park Home Page This will be based on available spots. I hear it fills up way ahead of time. Advance reservations will not be made. If need be, then we stay at "C" a day longer.

There hasn't been a lot of chatter on here about the caravan, but it's happening even if it's just our trailer. I hope that there are a few Canadians that will be traveling with us if only for just the Canada stops during the week.

Just gotta make it through work tomorrow.
