We will be bringing a PA system along with our instruments, canoes, and PIZZA!

Coming from Danielsville (Athens), we shouldn't have a problem arriving in plenty of time to be set up for the 6:00 mixer.

All we need is an 8' x 8' "corner" with a 110v outlet nearby.

There will be multiple mics available for the "TAC Idol" contestants!

Sounding good, let's go camping! Hoping for excellent weather as well. I will have a campfire blazing each night so for those up and making the rounds stop on by.

is it just me?

I am so excited about pulling out a week from today to head to our first Rally. Looking forward to a great time at Stone Mountain and the opportunity to learn from others about this great adventure. I have used google maps to do the 3D tour of the park and even "flew" the rout just for fun. I have logged into my smart phone the directions to keep me from going under the low clearance and have begun to think about what I am going to bring for the potlucks. Still have not decided but I am sure it will be in a dutch oven. of course this could be anything.

If folks have special things they are going to bring to eat, how about sharing them here. I love the building anticipation of good food.
We do get to eat don't we?

Speaking of overpass bridges, does anyone know what the height of the one in question is?

Here is what I found...
"Warning: Please be aware that you will encounter a "low clearance underpass" with a minimum clearance of 12 feet if your GPS directions route you to the "West Gate" of Stone Mountain Park via James B. River/Memorial Drive . To avoid this low clearance underpass, you should enter the Park using the "East Gate" via Exit 8 on US78."

Thanks, had me scared for minute. My Bambi II including A/C is 10/6 when the tires have air in them.

One of the Shastas had to cancel due to a family member's terminal illness. Call the office to see if it is still available on the Purple Loop.

I will be bringing Italian Stuffed Shells for the Potluck.

We will bring some low key libations and finger food for the Friday night ice breaker. Kristi Foster and I will give everyone a hardy welcome. Music will occur. Saturday will be bringing a large dish casserole. Don't forget Saturday night is the laser light show and fireworks. Bring a blanket or chairs. Get there early and stake out a spot to enjoy the show. Our Sunday morning breakfast is sponsored by Batterblaster from Austin, Texas. So my contribution will be to bring 10 donated cans of Batterblaster pancake mix. People hopefully will bring a whole bunch of good breakfast food to power us all up for the final day of our adventure. We can all look forward to enjoying the company of our Airstream village and the attractions and natural beauty of Stone Mountain State Park. Don't forget to take pictures! We can share them on Air Forums after the event.

From reviewing all 18 pages this looks like the schedule to me:

Activities:
1. Thursday
Arrival - get set up, rest up from the drive, take a hike up the mountain, go for a bike ride or kayaking.
6:00 PM German Restaurant - gather at the Pavilion and car pool to the restaurant.

2. Friday
4:00-5:45 PM "Tour of Trailers"
6:00 PM Meet and Greet appetizer social at the Pavilion, enjoy the sounds of the band.

3. Saturday
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Duck Ride
10:00 AM- 11:30 AM "Tour of Trailers"
4:00 PM Pot-Luck covered Dish Social at the Pavilion
9:00 PM Stone Mountain Laser Show starts. Don’t forget to bring your chair and refreshments.

4. Sunday
9:00 AM Worship Service at the Pavilion
10:30 AM Brunch – bring an item to share. Pancakes, coffee and cocoa will be provided.

Daily
Happy hour: It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere. Personally this is my favorite daily activity.

Will any TAC nick knacks be for sale? I need a sticker and would not mind having one of the polo shirts (XL) if they are still available.

I could use a sticker as well.

I hope someone will have some to sell. My trailer would love one.

Sorry, nothing to buy for the rally. You can purchase TAC decals and T-shirts from the TAC website. Of course there will be tons of Stone Mountain Park items you can buy.
If this event is repeated next year perhaps we can entertain some rally specific items for sale, no guarantees.

The schedule you describe looks correct. Everyone is free to pick and choose as you please. There is plenty to do at this rally.
