Rally Schedule -
Keeping in mind everyone's preference to keep it simple and not over plan everyones respective vacation, I have come up with a tentative Rally Schedule. Do what you want and skip the rest!
Sunday- Rally Officially Starts
Meet & Greet Happy Hour -
After getting setup, bring the drink and snack (if you want one) of your choice. Place to be announced later.
(This might be your only chance to meet a large portion of the attendees)
Monday -
zilch, nada, zero, nothing - plan your own festivities
Tuesday -
The Spirit of Aloha Dinner - 5:15pm (They recommend arriving at least 20 min early)
(you might want to make sure to eat a light lunch or an early one)
Wednesday -
Chef Mickey's Breakfast (for kids and kids at heart) - 8:10am (times may vary due to availability)
Thursday -
Hoop Dee Doo Revue - 7:15pm (if it is running. It may be closed for refurbishment.)
Friday -
Goodbye at the Campfire Sing-A-Long
Bring your marshmallows, roasting sticks, chocolate, graham crackers, hot dogs, & buns (if you want)...
Saturday - End Of Rally

"We have the dates. Now we need to talk about loops as Disney needs this for the contract. I need to know what's more important to you: getting the type loop and rate you want or trying to be as close together as possible. I know at most rallies this isn't really a question but Fort Wilderness is huge. I have received one recommendation for a loop near the Marina.
I want everyone to keep this in mind when voting - Disney takes requests for loop location and will attempt to grant it if they can. However, they do not guarantee it.
premium lots tend to be larger
preferred are near both the dog park and the marina (there are only 3 of these and the are tight spaces)
full hookups - are not as centrally located
There is at least a $20 difference between full hook-ups and premium. If you click on the link below you can see a map of the fort and under that a loop designation. Post #93
