62Overlander.....thanks. I'm putting a note on my calendar for june next year to remind us to look. When i showed my wife what you had going on she was tempted to cancel all the plans we've unfortunatley made for that weekend. Have a great time. We'll hope to join you next June. If you want to front them that's fine. They'll need ice, etc to take delivery.

We'll be loading up the Gatorade buckets for the group with ice and will have one set aside with crushed ice for the oysters and blender drinks

You can put them flat in your fridge with a damn cloth over them. They'll be happy. Of course 36 could take up a lot of space. They really like shaved ice as long as they don't fall into the meld on the bottom. Do not like fresh water at all. Good for the weekend easily.

Oysters are the peoples food and were a major part of the colonial diet. Likly they cooked the hell out of them.
