As an fyi to those who may still be on the fence regarding this rally...I spoke with Michael Arnone this week past week and he said space was tightening up in Camp Madisonville - six or so sites left.

One month til Jazzfest in New Orleans - yeah yo right!

From what I understand Michael Arnone and his Dad bring them up from LA.

Life is short and I may have just shortened mine a bit. Richard left the credit card unattended.

I just booked us for Crawfish Festival. I may have booked 2 sites. I freely admit to having webpage reading disabilities. So we need two Adult/Advance camping tickets AND two combo all day concert tickets right?

Oh what’s the worst thing that can happen I have a second camping pass for a last minute attendee? I'll just tell him to relax. Who do we need to tell about hanging around till Monday afternoon? Is that the recovery phase of this festival?. I read the buzz Camp Madisonville? Boy that threw me. I couldn't image them letting this kinda thing go on in my old snooty neighborhood in NJ. then I caught on Augusta........ah yes much better.

Robin, Welcome to the one of the funnest events you will ever attend. The crowd we had last year all enjoyed themselves tremendously, so much so that EVERYONE signed up again. We even have a number of new attendees.
Just be sure to come early Friday and plan on leaving Monday morning. I will be serving breakfast all three mornings. Happy hour will be daily and we are going to have a great time for sure. So glad Richard looked the other way.

uhm, not sure about that Carl... I think they combined tickets this year...

Adult: Advance 3 Day Camping/Admission Ticket
Campers may check-in as early as 10 AM on Friday and may stay until noon on Monday. Admission is included for all performances.
You may buy a camping ticket to attend all performances if you prefer to stay in a hotel.
Camping tickets are required for anyone 14 years or older at the time of the fest. Under 14 is free with parent. Water and electrical Hook-ups are additional. Purchase via online, Box Office or by Mail. Advance ticket service fee per order $10.00 online, by mail and advance box office. (not per ticket)

In past years you had to buy separate tickets and camping. I think the total should be $250+ $10 for the online fee. We were lucky to register in the first 100 and paid $100 each.

Hi,

Thanks for the warm and secure feeling. I think I did it right. The totals look like what you have posted.

I'm SURE this will be a blast, look at the attendee list, how could it not be?

I don't think I can keep up with the food thing. Donal likes my Pesto wraps at happy hour that's good enough for me.
We have a 17ft and you just don't have the space to bring all the STUFF for food. You barely have space to bring what you need. Not to mention the 2 guitars, and all that goes with that!

Guess I better start going though the Caravel. See what's in there.

Robin, Don or I will be handing out a day for you to contribute to happy hour. We want everyone to only have to work one day and enjoy themselves the rest of the time. I look forward to finally meeting you guys in person.

Oh I fogot, this is also greatly appreciated by us with small trailers when it comes to potlucks and food in general.. The Geocaching crew we camp with assign a night that you do a meal. It makes for a very relaxing weekend you are only providing ONE meal. Your fed the rest by others.

I admire the energy, and I'm VERY grateful for those who get a kick out of feeding the whole crowd. I've done that too. Right now it's tough. I'm just hoping I have the energy to help you out at Crawfest.
