Okay folks, I am getting excited and I intend to bump this thread daily.
We still have room for more trailers. Hope more of you attend. We are happy with the current number, but more are always welcome to come.

There's lots of us excited...last I read, around 20+ excited campers which by Bash averages means about 40 adults and 20 kids. The Bash is the next rally for our family so the kids are counting down. I just did the annual maintenance on the motorhome last weekend, so we should be good for a trouble-free trip to Slippery Rock and Cooper's Lake. We discovered last year that 2 boxes of wine is just not enough for 4 days at the Bash. So this year we're bringing three. We're doing some other vacationing just prior to the Bash, so I have all Wednesday (July 3) to get the moho ready and stocked. Then, July 4 we head to Cooper's Lake. If the kids get up at their usual time, that means we should be at Cooper's Lake shortly after lunchtime. I think we'll stop for lunch before arriving because I know the last thing I want to do after arriving into a group of friends is to have to worry about cooking. I want to park, fill a wine glass, and head around to say hello to everyone.

Hey Frank & Ace: Do you have a rough list of the days' events? I know Andrea will be asking me how many potlucks we need to be prepared for and the kids will want to know what's going on for them each day and night. I don't want to miss cake or BBQ, either!

Jason, you asked for a schedule, and I must apologize that there is not one as of yet. I know many want a schedule, but for myself, I generally don't follow them and that is why one has not been created. Well, until just now!

Wed July 3
Early arrivals and set up.
4:30 HAPPY HOUR
Dinner on your own, but an impromptu pot luck supper is more than welcome.

Thur July 4 (Wally's Birthday)
Arrivals and welcoming through out the day.
4:30 HAPPY HOUR
6:00 Cook out dinner. Hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, beans, slaw, potato salad. Birthday cake in honor of Wally Byam. Just bring yourself and eat. If you want to contribute something, no one will mind at all.
8:00 Campfire

Fri July 5
6:30 Coffee service starts
8ish BreakfastEggs, bacon, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, bacon. Beth says she will make huevos rancheros for those who want...
10:00 Rocket building workshop.
1:00 Tye Dye workshop bring a light colored shirt or object to dye. Kids, ask your parents before bring the Airstream curtains.
5:30 HAPPY HOUR/ WINE/ POTLUCK MIXER. Bring your favorite drink and a hearty contribution so no one has to leave the happy hour to make dinner. Eat, drink, and mix...
8:00 Campfire

Sat July 6
6:30 Coffee service starts
8ish BreakfastEggs, bacon, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, bacon.
11:00 Rocket launch
1:00 Ice Cream Social( right after you make your own serving)
4:30 HAPPY HOUR
6:30 BBQ Dinner. We provide the meat or Veggie entrée, pot luck side dish or desert. Don C will be smoking pork for close to 24 hours for this meal. Perhaps he will teach you some of his award winning secrets. Hot dogs and hamburgers for those not into the Worlds Best BBQ.
8:00 Campfire (Possible band, not promising)

Sun July 7
6:30 Coffee service begins
8:00 Left overs breakfast
When ever you wish, Head home....
You can stay over just let us know so we can arraign it with the Coopers.

Red face One Indulgence, Please

I see that the Rocket Launch is scheduled for before the BBQ. My rocket, however, will not be ready until after Don C smokes his big butt. (Can I even say that on these forums?) I now have a specially made, 3XL, full Reflectix suit and one of Wally's pith helmets just for this occasion ... and the supply of liquid oxygen arrived last week.
Test flights are getting better but I'm quickly running out of grills.
Thank you for your kind consideration.

There will be at least 2 of the Grendahl family lining up for that.

I have my fingers crossed that your tacos will show up again this year at a potluck, Frank.

I think you guys would like this rally, although your palace might need one of the electric sites

Shinim's cooking I'm sure would be very welcome at the potluck, too

I made a major omission in the schedule...

Thur July 4... We are not serving hot dogs, we are serving RIPPARZ. What is a ripper? It's a Jersey thing and you will love it!

I also should have linked the BIG BUTLER FAIR. Unfortunately the bus demolition derby does not over lap our dates, but Rusted Root plays the 3rd. There is also horse pulls, tractor pulls, and pedal cart pulls during the rally dates. The BIG BUTLER FAIR is always a good time.
