Is it July yet? We may have my sister and her family talked into coming east from Iowa....I told her that you can show up in an SOB but dont be surprised if you leave shopping for an Airstream.

How about we pencil it in for Friday at dusk? 8:53pm according to an online calendar.

I'll have cocktail makings, tiki torches, and music. I'll see if I can come up with some sort of low table solution so we can create seating groups.

And perhaps in the theme of cocktails/ summer nights, pack your loudest Hawaiian shirts! Special prize to someone who shows up with a shirt with Airstreams on it.

I haven't been to the Bash for a couple of years. Could you guys give me an idea of whats included with the rally fees?

Do I get power & water? What meals are included? Schedule activities or just make my own fun!

I hate to be downer, but I don't eat bacon! Now rockets, that's more my speed!

Dan, sorry for the delay in a reply. I didn't notice the thread got bumped...

So what you get for the buck? A quick gloss over; Breakfast everyday. Dinner on the 4th(complete), dinner on the 6th(pot luck side dish /desert), hopefully a band Saturday night but not written in stone. There will be electric. Rally water for some, direct hook up for others. Boondocking for those who want it. There will also be a pump out if needed. The best thing you get is a fun family style weekend. The venue is awesome for kids. Lots of kids and a very natural setting.
Maybe some past attendees will throw in some other things I missed.

Cake

Rockets to launch

Impromptu meet ups and socialization

Excellent biking

Excellent hiking

Secluded setting for the group

Group campfire

Bus demo derby? Is the timeline coinciding this year?

Fiestaware pottery (nearly 2 hour drive)

I'll think of more...
